Default H41 NSF fiesta turbo full bufty inc underside

Hi guys heres my fiesta turbo i've owned for the past 4 years, i have been building then re building and changing my mind, you know how it is.

Its only done 75k miles and was immaculatte when i first bought it, Its never been welded and is all original panels. I have dry stored it for the past 4 years and have only done 60 miles in it.

I first decided i wanted to bufty the underside so i done that over the space of a year, I then moved onto the engine the spec is.
2.0l zetec - focus rs pistons and rods with uprated bearings
cosworth 2wd t3 turbo - 31actuator
rover inlet - fiesta turbo TB
biege injectors - 195 chip
pro alloy front mount cooler
4 paddle rs turbo clutch - lsd box
Unsure on bhp at the minute but i was at a set of traffic lights on a dual carriageway and i pulled away from my friends 225bhp seat leon cupra r

Then onto the bodywork... I wanted it absolute prestine so i could show it at shows. Its had a full respray inc door shuts and under the bonnet. I spent weeks getting it perfectly straight. Was painted in original mercury grey and is in showroom condition, not a single dent ,chip or scratch ANYWHERE (i work in a bodyshop as my everyday job so i know what i'm doing not just fred in a shed with rattle cans).

I also own a 3dr sierra an escort estate and another fiesta so this one breaks my heart to say it but is uneeded. I alway wanted to finish this to a high standard so before it goes i decided to give it a massive makeover and here is what i have been up to for the past 2 weeks as its going to be in the for sale section at classic ford santapod on the 27th may.

Here is how the car stood 3 weeks ago

the whole underneath was then stripped and heres the pile of bits
Name: IMG_0528.jpg
Views: 178

as you can see all the bits are near mint anyway as i done it a few years ago and has done no miles since (just sat in dry workshops)
pictures now in order of when bits were done

i then moved onto the underside, again i fully done it a few years ago and had donr no miles since so was just fully cleande inspected and repainted. I mixed half a liter of mercury grey base coat in with 2 can of white stone chip and that was applied i then gave it 3 heavy coats of lacquer, here is the outcome

really happy with the outcome, will keep any moisture out for years to come.

I then had the whole rear been sand blasted

As said i will get lots more better pictures of it all together tommorow.

Oh forgot to say further up it went straight though its mot without a single advisory and has 6 months tax

Will be in the for sale section at santa pod next week.

I have done 3 weeks of 7 / 13 hours a day on this

£3500 no offers

I know no one has any money at the moment but i think the car is priced more than farely as you'd have to go a very long way to find one as good as this. remmember its never been welded and has only done 75533 miles from new.

all comments welcome - now have a week to get my escort estate ready for the power and style stand at pod

Default picture update

Few pictures as promised...

I had a mounting tab tig welded to the intercooler so it aint just sat there, also the air filter and hard pipe arrived.

Interior is near mint, no sagging AT ALL on none of the bolsters but just the drivers side piping has been snagged abit. If you could find a decent cover then you would have a 100% mint interior.

Steering wheel is absolute mint, also has brand new ford foot mats.

Am also fitting a new flexi to the front section of the exhaust, just want the car to be 100% for the new owner as i think its sold already

on with the pictures

If you look in the background of the new pics you will see my escort estate and that's sat on escos wheels, was gunna try them on today but some nice chap has sent a deposit so it's now sat in the paint booth till Saturday.

Thanks for the comments guys, means alot after all the hard work.

I may have only done 60 miles in the car but I will be very sad to see it go as i very much doubt I'd be able to find another one in such good condition without spending loads

Oh well I have a 3dr to play with now
