Thanks bud

What I thought would take half an hour has taken all afternoon lol

Fitment of hub to pikey van column and extended length as changing seats to buckets.

Thankfully I have a lathe and pikkar drill in man cave so was able to make alloy spacer as bolt patterns didnt match

After seeing on fb what the other guy has done so far with his van it looks garbage. I take it the holes in his sideskirts are to speed up water/rust issues

Liking those throttlebodies

haha thanks mate

long story behind that lad too! I sold him his 2.3 Turbo engine, plug ans play set up etc and was initially going to fit it, but I got called up for an operation so had to cancel, I looked after him loads for not being able to do it, I even managed to get 5 friends who live by him offered to do the ebgine swap for him for FREE! But wasn’t good enough, he wasn’t pleasable and I gave up, blocked him from every group I run on FB etc

Yeah I saw the comments about the engine fitting.

You come first not him, your health is more important and to get arsy when you have gone out of your way to try help get it fitted for FREE for him is a joke that you don't need in your life.

You decided on the engine for bloo yet? just H/Gasget or doing more to it?

I’m trying to keep BLOO standardish mate, fresh head being sorted and some mild cams

I’ll do some subtle work on the inlet and t/b but want to keep her a smooth engine for the roads.

Couldn’t catch my breath yesterday when my freind Stu Collins tagged me on a for sale ad on FB for this dry sump pan for i4 engine! PACE... rare as hens teeth! I have one on my Maxi Lucifer 2 and thought I was lucky with one! As these aren’t made anymore because PACE’a mould got destroyed, they were made for Formula Asia single seaters. I agreed to buy and my friend Ste Oeriss collected as he lives near by.

I sold my previous set up once for £1000 and was lucky ebough to buy it back! This one, only needs a scavenger pump and good to go! This one... £30! lol yup, absolutly gob smacked!!!

So Pikey Van will also be FWD dry sump set up in the future.
