I'm not an expert regarding engine swaps but I would imagine that going for a Zetec conversion is by far the easiest thing to do. Especially since parts will be much easier to get hold of.
You've got the EFI version of the CVH, right? So if you use an early Zetec from the Escort Mk5 or Fiesta XR2i/RS1800 you should even be able to keep most of your engine loom, sensors, etc.

I learned some by listening to Ekrem Jevric kralj si najjaci si
EFI I have only intake manifold and injectors from mk5, all installation, sensors, air flow sensor and ECU are from Opel ascona 1.8 (85kW) Everything is great, start nice, go nice, and performance are the same like on old K-jetronic, but I want something with more HP
"So if you use an early Zetec from the Escort Mk5 or Fiesta XR2i/RS1800"
Is that Zetec engine 1.8 16V or 2.0 16V??? And how much power produce??? I don't know can I install that Zezec engine on my gearbox???
sorry for my english, I do not speak well

Aha, that is some nice cross-engineering there!
The gearbox should bolt straight on to any old Zetec (starter motor at the front of the engine), but there are other things you might have to modify, two of them being alternator bracket and gearbox/engine mount, if I remember correctly. Just search the forum here, it has been done loads of times.
That Escort/Fiesta engine I meant is a 1.8 16V with 130 bhp. The normal 1.8 from the Mondeo has 115 bhp. You could also go for the 2.0 16V (136 bhp) from the Mondeo. This will have more torque but will be less revvy because it's the same bore as the 1.8, only stroke is longer.
