scotty shame i mist you,would of been good to catch up,i couldnt stay long as id left my daughter with my sister for a couple of hours,a bet you cant wait to get yours sorted its been off the road for a while now.

couple of pics from today:removed the body kit so i did not damage it while i was cleaning up where the floor meets the sill,very happy with what i found.

also removed the fin today while is was waiting for the paint to dry hade to laugh at the wood screw holding it on.


and this aerial has to go.

i do mate but its taking an age to do,its one if those jobs you wish you had never started.
got the drivers side floor to do,one rear wheel arch and the front arches then it ready for stone chip.

little update:not alot happening still removing the old underseal this is taking longer than what i thought it might,been collecting parts though let me know what you think,bought this last week and thought id offer it up to see how it looked.
genuine lower boot spoiler

thought it would be rude not to try on the top spoiler also

also bought some new headlights

rear drop links and fuel line clips from http://www.carpartsexpress.co.uk/


been in the shed today thought id try on the fuel pressure regulater.



not 100% sure im going to use it but had to try it on,thats it for now.

it will all be getting painted mate,to be honest mate i could have left it the way it is but ill need the spoilers and rs500 front bumper and the aerial hole filled so will need painted anyway so might aswell do the whole car.

only had half a day at work today so thought id crack on with removing underseal from the n/s inner wing.not long to go now only have to do the o/s to do and thats all the underseal remove.

its far from finished yet mate,all the underside is in primer now and started to do the seam sealer,nearly ready for stone chip.

nice work mate its a shame about the jacking points they will all ways let the under side down but still not every one gets on the floor to look under the car keep at it

cheers guys,might still do a bit of work on the jacking points,maybe add a bit weld and grind flat but im sick of the sight of my grinder at the minute.i wont be going to the extent of cutting the floor out and working on them from the top.
