Right its been a busy couple of days and I cant thank Will enough for his hard work. He has pulled some long shifts on this car but his work is exemplary! I love it, the engine bay is tidy as!
Tested the donor chassis loom.
Couple of randoms
Fuel system finished and all aeroquipped! Love the stuff that could get addictive!
Nice tidy hoses
Breather hiding up there too
Return line in the background
Route to front
One of my favourites
The mess inside
Found the one from stripping the donor loom!
Ready to start up
Forgot to take some pics of my remote filter that I spent so long aero quiping
Put the centre caps on the wheels and got it onto the ground
Some of Wills nice wiring and braiding
Will fixed a lot of plugs etc that were worn/split etc
Then we did this!!
Will get a better one this morning but this was at 02:40am……yes AM!! The missus was not happy! Came down and shouted at us complaining about the neighbours……don’t think she understands eh!

Just read your thread must say I love the attention to detail. Good to see it running, just the easy bits to do now.
When I clicked on the video I was hoping to hear your missis come in having a go lol. But count yourself lucky my wife wouldn't let me work on the car that late.

I spent about 2 hours reading this entire thread from start to finish earlier.
Can'e beleive you was pissed about so much in the beginning by someone you know and thought you could trust to do a professional job in a time scale you required AND with poor workmanship too in places
Absolutely LOVED reading the thread andthe car is a true credit to yourself and Aly aswell!
Looking forward to seeing it at some shows this year - Simply stunning

It will be next time i am home, got a couple of more wee jobs to do and sort out all the interior, but that should be pretty easy compared to whats happened up to now. Should have it out and about before i go back next time. Just in time for summer and the shows

just a quickie mate ,
is there any issues with the in feed of the fuel( main pipe ) tank being at the bottom of the tank regards filling it up ???
as in the pic below ?
havent looked into my tank yet but the way yours is would solve some clearance issues ,
maybe aly could clear it up ?

Good call mate, never thought of that, we put 25 ltrs in it the other night and didnt have any probs, got a decent breather in there so that should help, will try it out on a pump next time back.
Well the cars back in its hole for a while!
Forgot the strut brace the other day so laid it on for a quick snap
