You can see the problem if I was to run a 48mm spacer the hole turbo starts to sit a bit on the hi side and will probably hit the bonnet . I might have to bite the bullet and get a manifold
Ran on here has a tubular manifold I sold him dont think he can use it designed to take the turbo away from the head was off a rally x car running 2wd head

Why did you go for a single scroll efr out of interest?
And what size is the exhaust housing on yours?

Hi mate very simple the car is a track car so the motor gets used hi up in the revs so the turbo will be boosting most of the time . Plus it was only Ł1200 . And the rear is 3 inch
I didn’t meant as in physical diameter I meant is it a .92, 1.05, etc etc?
Why go for an efr buddy?
They normally favour low end revs and produce better low end power,
If your tracking it you might be better off with a turbo that favours high revs and produces power further up the rev range?

I will have a look at the fingers on the side of it . But the only reasons I went for it was I'm after approx 500bhp ... A new turbo ...the price was right ....and it's moden technology in side it . that about sums it up for me going for this turbo .
I was gutted when I realized I needed a manifold to fit it to the motor .
I had some more parts turn up last week just a shame I'm working away again so no time to get them fitted . Yes there is no holes drilled in that was a mistake on airtec but iv said I will sort it myself and there sorting me out so I'm happy
That map sensor needs turning over, they collect oil vapour and condensation that way up.
Thanks for pointing that out but if you look closely you will see it's not connected as it's the spare one . The one i use is under that one I will post a photo tomorrow 😊
