no not gona run anti lag, but s8 can run it.
at the minute half way takin the gearbox out, but gona call it a day now, as cant be bothered. ( i have a major motivation problem at mo, done bout 4 days work on it in 9 weeks, 1 day work in over a month)

heres my cossie 4x4 R+D 6 speed dog box,
after its failure 2 months ago, ive striped it.
the box let go goin into 2nd gear.
it makes noise all the time, as long as clutch is up, wether its in gear or not.
and it also loaded up in each gear, but if i tried to drive it in 1 st, was ok (but noisey) as long as didn't go more than 1500 rpm, as it tried to lock.
Striped
Mashed 2nd gear, and lay gear.
Worn bell housin and rear housin by the auxilary selector shaft

another update.
i recieved a full refund for my old md240r turbo, which i had nothing but grief from.
my new turbo is on its way to me for tomorrow or tuesday.
its same size compressor side (enough flow for 550bhp),
with a larger 0.82 turbine housin, ( should be able to flow 520+bhp)
its rated to up to 4 bar boost, but should be efficient/maxed out about 2 - 2.6 bar (30- 38 psi)
lookin for a proper 510 bhp, which is about 50+ bhp more the old turbo ever run in car.
i recieved a full refund for my old md240r turbo, which i had nothing but grief from.

the cooler needed mod's to both end tanks, new pipe work, and then the front panel needs cuttin out, and new mounts for the cooler weld in.

yeah it works well on mine mate.
i have got my 2wd cossie cooler modded to fit my xr2 spare,
or i could mod a 4wd to fit, but the 4 wd is alot more work needed to the inter end tanks to fit.
wot sort of power are you wanting mate? now and later on?

i haven't checked my bank,
but been in for a night in hospital with burns to face and hands, as had a acciedent last night in my shed. with a spray of brake cleaner and a grinder opps, but should be ok. but sheds doors windows and roof are now in need of replacein
i'll check my bank later on. and let you know.

The new turbo's arrived.
looks better size,
but needs to go back as my coolant fittings dont fit, and couple of other problems on fittin.
guess will be sorted b4 end of week.

yeah i'm ok,
face got mild burn's all over, and melted my lips slightly,
both hands and face are blistered, and been told to have at least a week of work,
but i want to get back asap, as need the money, and dont want to waste my holiday pay.
the turbo's a new gt30 from AET, its for the cossie.

Gearbox parts should be comin tomorrow.
got 1st, 2nd gears and 1st+2nd lay gear comin due to damage from santa pod, and also got 4th gear comin as dogs are worn.
nearly Ł1200 in parts. but needed doin, as even if i sell it, it had to be runnin and in good condition.

i dont recommend it steve,
this is the second time i have ever had more than 3 days in a row off work since i was 16. thats 7 years. and i cant even go out and work on cars cos of the burns.
so i've been stuck in doors on my lap top.

Turbo's fitted. will get pic's up this week.
Not a straight forward as was mean't to be. Things i had to do to fit my car.
As i used my old comp housin, the actuator bracket was already done.
Make coolant pipe work (as GT core has different coolant threads)
Make a oil feed union, and oil return,
Make damper bracket,
Modifie actuator arm, to work and miss new larger exhaust housin,
Twist wastegate arm, so actuater opens and shuts fully with out bein restricted.
Grind comp housin, and exhaust manifold, as was touchin and stopin gettin comp housin in right place,
Grind exhaust housin,
1st so a damper bracket could be fitted (needed flat surface)
2nd where actuator touched exhaustin on fully open,
Open up a hole in mani and turbo matting faces, (as new turbo didn't have heli coiled threads in it, so had to use 40mm bolts and lock nuts) and as bottom rear bolt hole in mani, didn't allow space to get the new longer bolt in.
Once all fitted and tight, i pressure tested the full boost system. (no leaks at 35 psi)
Job done

Look's great, I love seeing car's like this, so much time and effort must go in to making everything fit properly.
How does the gearbox fit in there? Or do you have a Cossie transmission tunnel welded in?
