plus, my coilovers seem to touch the inside of the turret towards the top, not sure how bad thats gonna make things lol

if i cant get this working, im chopping up a pair of 40mm springs, refitting my konis, and doing things your way

Suppose it depends on your tyre. My eagle F1's only just clear the shockers on the other Orion. One side did slightly rub the rim protector for a few miles, its worn down now
The arches have had the lips trimmed down, oneside still wants alittle more coming off.
Im running the same size wheel and tire, not sure what offset the Borbets are though

Not turning this into a forsale thread, but if there's anyone who'd genuinely be interested in buying Pov with or without the wheels PM me.
Pm only.

It's not up forsale anywhere but just wondered if there'd be much interest in it?

Well went on my week's Hols last wed. The run upto the hol Didn't go as smoothly as i would have liked. The week before a stupid plastic clip broke on the a3 NSF window which left if in the open position, so a quick jig around of the fleet got it in a dry secure place. This was fixed on the mon running upto the hol. With it all fixed and cleaned up i swapped the zt back into the garage, and parked the a3 up under the carport. This left Pov out for the tue and wed general use. Tue it wouldn't start for Sarah at work. Needed a bump due to starter not cranking, Me working nights didn't find out til it was too late to sort this out. Being picked up wed 11am to go the airport, I thought I'd get the starter off after finishing work at 0615am wed morning and get to local motor factors for opening time at 0830am. I dug the reciept out for it, bingo not 12 months old so would be a exchange. Unfortunately they didn't have one and neither did anyone else round here have one. So sorted someone to pick it up while away.
So back from our Hols 0130am thur morning, I went straight to bed, couldnt sleep but managed to eventually get off for a couple of hours before having to get up for work.
0615am fitted starter. 0635am go to crank and it still wont work. So biked to work for 0700am pissed off.
First day back done, I've was back on it. Re fitted the wiring to it to double check, that's good. Tried a spare ignition switch on it. No good. So a live off the battery straight to the small terminal on the starter. It starts.
So on with tracing back this wire from the starter to the ignition switch.

So after some testing of the immobiliser system, it seems theres a fault inside the box. So i Took the gamble and started to remove the all black wiring. Temp rejoined two wires for a test. And it's sorted. Lovely jubley!
Back to fully working order. Will look around for a cheap replacement to install now. And disklok will be used all the time.

4x4 Orion anyone? Oh well it's sorted now.

Gonna get some dinner on now then will get the soldering iron etc out.
