Thanks for the comments guys
I am chuffed to bits now, finally all my parts are not just a hoard of cossie junk in the spare room but a decent specced 500+bhp cossie engine
As for the gearbox, I will be living on hopes and dreams if I think the standard 1 will last![Surprised](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/bigcry.gif)
But I can turn down the power till I get 1 that can cope with it so I'm happy with that

is it ok to run a 7.5 diff from a 2wd when and if your running a 4wd set up with ratios and all remember if you use a 7.5 from a 2wd you will need a full 2wd rear end if this is the route your taking unless your having a custom made rear end just a thought as a friend of mine has made 4wd mk3 fiesta rst shell its on you tube hes got a full 4wd running gear

Must be such a releif to have such a large ammount of parts / time all come together like that!
well done to all.

Thanks guys
Power is plenty for me and isn't enough to stress the block etc too much so hopefully will be a good strong reliable engine,
Also John - I have not yet got a egt sorted as I think I made a mistake and I don't have one built in the loom, will check when I get it back but it wasn't running 1 on dyno

James - I had the door open just wide enough to hold the phone in the gap, so being right in there, if something let go it wouldn't be a good place to be also I had ear defenders on outside an that was bad enough lol,
And yes it was run without an air filter, there's not exactly anything in there to suck up,
