![Clap](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/9c-clap.gif)
really appreciate it mate![Top](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/smile011.gif)
only pic of the car i have is of it on the corner weights as i wanted to see its weight so far, and its at 820kg as it stands now, so im hoping that with carbon bonnet tailgate and maybe doors i can finish it around the 1000kg at which il be well chuffed as the gearbox and diffs might stand half a chance then with the 400+bhp.......well at least for a while anyway,

gearbox, diffs, shafts, block, steering set up, cooler and rad, seats, doors and boot and dash etc,
so main things missing are cylinder head, manifolds, turbo, front and rear brakes,
the steel door weight approx 25kg each as does the boot so with carbon roof/doors and boot once its finished 1000kg should be acheivable

Good to see it back home!
I think you will be looking at more like 1100kg when finished, but good luck to getting it as close to a tonne as possible. Lots of things missing from it before its on the road, its amazing how it all adds up!

Ronnie - the fuel set up for the tank, filters, 2 bosch motorsport 413 10bar pumps and the mounting box was £650
The last pro alloy one i had in the xr2 was awesome but it was £1100 nearly on its own, then another £230 for pumps filters and £300 for pump holder etc so imo Andrews one is better design with the sump set up and is proven and apart from fuel send and lines its ready to go,
As for the primer the car is in a fully carpeted garage with no damp etc so it shouldnt really get any worse than it is now with the surface rust before i get the money together for it to be painted, no point using a million rattle cans on it now just to rub it down again, or would people just etch it as it is now over the surface rust? i know fook all about paint etc
info appreciated

a few people who had shells blasted said they were finding shot in the car forever more afterwards, but it would be easier and cheaper to blast it then etch prime it before high build primer and paint, im not overly fussed about a 100% perfect finish as its only the inside and underneath after all
