Me too mate,
Also asked Andrew today to put the car as it stands now 80% built on the corner weights to get a rough idea of what final weight it may be so I'm sure he
will post the results when he has had a chance to do it, and maybe some pics of all the carbon look internal brake lines

Yeah Ive seen the escorts green lines to match the green focus rs paint colour but I want something a bit more subtle to match anthracite
that il be painting the inside with so Andrew said he has the carbon look so should look good when all done,
Also picked myself up a full carbon bonnet that I will be collecting from ford fair

few pics of the bonnet i got off fleabay,
as said its not mint has has a few defects and isnt a great finish, i would not pay the full Ł514 if the finish was like it from new but as said its over 2 years old now but its function over form for Ł270 and looks good unless very close up
it will do for now
got some better pics of my fuel rail from M K Motorsports that is spot on and looks the part
and a few more of the big wing sump with -6 drain instead of the standard bolt that rounds off and needs the nylon washer replacing all the time, no need for that with aeroquip caps and they dont drip. Also has boss for 1/8th npt oil temp sensor and -10 fitting for oil breather drain
holes between sump and big wing
I also managed to catch up with Andrew at ford fair, and have a look at the fuel tank in the green AG escos as mine is identical so impressed with that and the fact it has worked faultlessly with hard track use/cornering so a great job done by the AG boys as usual,
Andrew said the battery recess is now welded into the floor and the carbon brake lines are pretty much finished so just the bonnet pin mounts to go and its gonna get chucked on the scales this week to see what its weighing in at so far so that will be interesting,

you need to put more holes along the top of where the big wing is or the oil will not be able to go in & out as it will be air locked i put 10mm holes in mine, make sure you put a hole in front of the x shaft so air can get out 4 in total will be fine a few more holes as low as possible as well or you might struggle to get all your oil out when its time .

Thanks Andy I have asked alot of people
About what holes are needed etc and got no real answer but Gus showed tommy field the
Pic for me today and he said to put a dozen 6mm holes along the top and to put a few more holes right along the bottom and then slot them together
You have any pics of yours?
Do you run a sump baffle as well as tommy has advised me too,

thanks Dave, your have to pop over for a look when its back
got a quick picture from Andrew of the pump and filter housing that will mount underneath the car next to the fuel tank sump, all nice and neat and covered up so just the fittings into pumps and out of filters are exposed, will be using 2 of the proper motorsport bosch 10bar fuel pumps and ford motorcraft filters,
Another top job from Andrew and the guys

Cheers mate , i tried to make mine as simple as possible without compromising the fuel delivery in any way! youd be mad to cut corners with a fuel system eh!
