some time today il be getting my engine an box in place,and just do as much as possible,ive got more or less everything for the blue bean tin, but looking round for a cage maybe.not sure i can get the van and the car done for ford fair but well have a good go. ave it

ok very small update today lol,trial fitted the back half of my six point safety devices rollcage and rear brace before i send it off to the powder coaters for a nice black finish,i never really painted the inside due to not sure to paint moonstone,but think its going to be anthracite to brake it up a little.im planning to put some polly carbon windows with sliders in there too,then later on maybe fit some old skool tigerstripes,

ok guys not a proper update as such,but engine an box has now come back out as it will not be done for ford fair2009 anyway,so the plan goes something like this.....paint the engine bay and inside anthracite,black safety devices cage,also pick up my 6 speed getrag gearbox,and everything else that goes with the conversion,my toyo tyres arrived fri so will get these fitted to my rs7s also.....oh and buy a decent camera cause the one im using is ruining my thread an dont do my car an parts any justice,lol

sure is mate,wont take too long now i hope,but wont drive her properly untill early next year cos of typical british weather....altho i am itchin to drive it lol

i wish lol,9" wide have to get a propper offset i think ive found but im mainly after power an safety at the mo,engine came back out for the getrag to be fitted.not much will be done till after ford fair....then we will tramp on with things..great to hear from you anyway bud,il have to see how your getting on with urs?

 

so wot do you guys think about the split rims idea??yes/no? do they suit it? i also have a pre 90s front bumper with a uber rare rs lower bib added if i go down that route

yesterday went to a car meet in leeds was a mixture of american muscle cars and old skool british cars, when we got back thought we'd roll the scort outside clear the garage and line the track rods up and suspension,make some plates for the roll cage

 

 

pushed the car back outside today for a few more pics,before we start bolting stuff back together,yesterday i even thought about braking her up,put some parts in for sale section,think i may just keep

well my mef motorsport adjustable six link kit arrived today along with my naughty oil cooler braided lines and aeroquip fittings,cant wait to get these fitted

 

 

with lack of time and maybe loosing the garage winter on its way ive now decided that im going to sell my project car if anyone is interested look in rs turbo parts

well today or tomz i find out if i get to keep my storage space,selling it is really last resort,but however i had to prepare for the worst,and with soo much cash and effort been ploughed into this project it would be a real shame for me to do this,also been almost complete i have pms with parts with names on,but this is last thing i want to do
