ok folks heres some pics dont look like much been done but everything been stripped bar pedalbox and steering, ready for the transformation





interiors going a dark anthracite with black cage, not sure i should chop the inner door and quater panels out to make it lighter what do you guys think??

made a little start on the underseal

bonnet pins fitted! old skool ones i know but they will stop the bonnet flying up, until the carbon replacement is fitted
and just a few with the bumper on as i dont believe i taken any with it on
and the garage needs a bloody good tidy out

Good progress matey, might save you a kilo or two by chopping/drilling the quarters mightn't it
Are you putting any type of door card on? Ally or carbon?

cheers bud! yeah i think il just chop em then, i cant stress how clean the shell is this is why im a little i think if i do chop the panels tho its not worth putting any ally or carbon on?? may defeat the object?? looking to put in some carbon fibre porsche gt3 door pulls

i want the dash back in,but my bro trying to sway me into putting a bar accross the front linking it to the rollcage,with gauges mounted to it im not sure what do you guys think?

 

I prefer a dash personally but if its all stripped out and light-weight maybe a dash wouldn't be as suitable. Each to their own i guess.

back to basics......bonus sleeper - PassionFord and fingers crossed they will all be done this year,have the parts just lack of time which i will have to make

 

well nothings really been done to this as yet, as ive stripped it down complete bare. all the parts have been used to for my other s2. and this is looking very sorry for its self on axle stands loadsa ideas for it including cossie 4x4 turbo. but we shall see, as i want this one at fordfair, so i will start a completely new thread and a clean slate for when we start it

i just dont know if i should keep the colour, or repaint it in the original diamond white, ive got all the parts for it bar the brakes and maybe some fancy wheels, would like some feed back off you guys about the colour???

 

dont want a white one to join it do you? Old mans selling his house so Im not gonna have anywhere to keep mine, fast looking like breaking/selling is the only option.
