I've got some photo's but there on my uncles pc. I'll get em on tomorrow. he wants Ł150. Cars done 70k was on 40k when i bought it in 2000. prior to me owning it it was owned by an old lady who kept it in a garage since 87 and used it once a week. The car is a 1.1L and its tested till jan.

Cosmo, trade someone like mad for it in devon , just look in the back of the mags!, usually cost about Ł500 for a decentish one with logobook which is all you really need i believe.

Ok you will get an xr shell cheaper but when it is all rebuilt and mint it isn't going to be worth much as it isn't an original, it's a look alike and you'll be lucky to top Ł2K so lash the extra cash out now and reap the rewards when you sell it.

Some breaker may even keep service histories that come wth the cars they break for parts so may get it with the shell, it wont really apply as the car is rebuilt from a shell but people buying these cars want as much history as possible, it's just the way it is, and take as many photos os the rebuild as possible, all helps.

Good luck with the build and keep us updated.

Might be slowed down a little by christmas but will soon be bolting and fettling stuff back on the car!!
