Its not all good news having a bird who is into cars mate, it means when we're doing a trackday we need two cars to be ready not one

But to answer the question I actually met her in a car park she was there about to go into mcdonalds for a clio meet and I was there coming out of the PF weston pizzahut meet, I had spoken on the clio forum to a couple of people she was with so started chatting to them all and got on really well with her and so when I found out she was single I asked her if she fancied going out for a meal and cinema sometime, and we've been together ever since!

ahh fair enough, only a small downside though needing two cars! mind if she pays for her one then surely you are on a winner?

Yeah she is pretty good at paying her own way to be fair, but its not the cost I meant, its the hassle of having to maintain and map both cars etc, although that said I'd sooner map 2 cars with her help than 1 on my own (its a bitch trying to drive and map at once) and she is fairly handy mechanically too, she cant do full engine rebuilds yet but can easily do stuff like change a starter motor or alternator etc which is the sort of jobs I get bored of anyway, so I guess even thats better with her really.

Decided that as the mrs has tidied up the engine bay a bit I may as well tidy up the engine itself slightly as well so I got a few bits blasted and powder coated while its apart.



Got most of the rebuild bits now, just waiting for a set of cams that some bloke who's diesel mondeo I am mapping for him has offered me as payment (285 billet pipers) so hopefully if they turn up in the next couple of weeks I can get on with putting it all back together.
