i finally got my profiles for the chassis mounted engine brackets
i also got my 15mm thick ally plates to bolt to the engine block .
i have enough plates to make a few styles as i want to keep my 2wd exhaust manifold so i have to reduce the height of the bracket & also raise the engine by approx 30mm.
folded up they will look similar to this

Andy, Im looking into a bladed anti roll bar for mine. I currently dont run with anything up front.
Have you any pointers on where to look?
If possible whats the length of the bar set up you have, Im wondering if this would fit/ modify.

I think Mark from MK MOTORSPORT would be a good call as he could make the roll bar any width you like as he is now making wrc bladed roll bars complete .

been busy in the garage today quickly knocked up some chassis mounts for the engine
put some flared holes in
put some of the door bars in but i ran out of tube to do the x bars but i will order some more tube ,its going to be a bitch to get in & out but it will look good .
i also fitted the engine jig in the bay that i made on Richies escort cosworth
but it has been raised by 30mm
engine in
i also got all the tube & bearings to start making my new steering column which will be adjustable for height only
had quiet a good day .

Sailor boy bought a complete set of wrc style engine mounts & brackets off ebay & i quickly copied them.it gave me a basis to start from but they will be modified so i have the clearance to still fit my 2wd exhaust manifold ,which you can not do with the wrc/group A chassis mounts .
