i still got to make my body kit yet but you never know if the arches come out well i might give it a go

im looking forward to my first show that i take the car to should be interesting to see what people think of it ,it always used to pull some of the biggest crowds at the shows in its old style so we will see if the new style is as popular

 

yes they are a lot better looking than the old set i had ,or are you fishing for a ride at one of the shows

finally got down the garage & cut the front drive shaft clearance bits in the front leg out & raised them 25mm just to make sure i do not have any clearance problems later on ,i will put pics up later on when im finished

Does the cv run close to it or is it just drive shaft?

4" tube Dave its only for the drive shaft loads of room on the cv joints

as far as i know i have the chassis mount engine brackets to do ,seat bars ,harness plates & flare all the holes in the inner sills make new front cage box,s & make & fit new door bars .

so not to much left

 

until you get carried away with the angle grinder again

"just one more little cut here and there"

 

i really am running out of stuff to cut honest

Nice work on the chassis notch, you should advertise...the VW lads love chopping the chassis to run lower so you could make a killing lol

been buying more bits again ,i got a 350mm 3"deep dish suede 3 spoke steering wheel & a quick release steering wheel boss .

Yeah i know them Andy we've just had some 8mm turnbuckle's and rose joints for our rear anti roll bar link's off them nice people to deal with

 

i have used them for my rear link arm rose joints in the past very good quality & a very good price
