hydraulic clutch conversion
heres how to convert your clutch to hydraulic
the slave cylinder is off a bmw e30 any model all same ,master is a girling 0.625 from demon tweeks.

just had my front geometry set up this morning but could not get my castor right tried to set it to mike rainbirds settings but ive ended up with this
toe in 2mm total
camber 2.5. degrees negative
castor 5. degrees
could not get castor due to drive shaft binding with top mount all the way in
so turned top mount to centre line but facing rear wards but then wheels touch arch at back so had to set castor at 5 degrees to centre wheel in arch ,
it feels a lot more stable now but time will tell.

Iv just put all this same kit no my 3dr and i never had to tuch the bleed nipple as all i did was was push the slave cilinder back by hand for about 5 min and all the air came dack up on its own

new cam trigger conversion
hi all ive been at it again doing more mods this time its cam trigger conversion & thermostatic oil cooler .
took cam shaft out to have it drilled for trigger only to find it was alreadytaped . so that was a waste of time .so i fitted cam back in now i got to pay some one to do my timing . ,so it was on with the oil cooler install ,out with the modine & in with the oil cooler sandwich
i fitted the 16 row oil cooler under the n/s front wing with air being fed from the duct in the front panel

cam trigger fitted
cam cover machined smooth & primed
top coated in vauxhall arden blue pearl &two pack laqour
inlet plenum modified to accomodate twin iscv,sfor anti lag
in primer with header tank
plenum painted
header painted
just got to fit it all now for cornwall rs show
