this is looking awesome now, like how youve matched the cam cover and supercharger paint work.
so jealous you have a supercharger
going to be a awesome build!

Couldn't drill that mate - had to do it the hard way and die grind it - the baffle plate mount was virtually directly behind and to get the 20mm cone cutter in would have taken it out!
As i'd just broken through with a ball ended tip it bit in and ran across the face before i could do anything about it!
P.S - Your car is OFFENSIVELY loud inside

Bloody good to see your still smashing the Zetec cause! That car will be mental when done and should more than make up for your lack of resolve when it comes to RST! LOL!!
Somebody give this guy a cigar!

Right - quick update from this evenings progress:
Decided to start spraying a few bits prior to needing them, coilpack bracket first:
Cracked on with the cam timing then:
Cam seals in, bracket plate on, new tensioner and idler:
Cam pulleys on:
DTI in and timing began!
Then i started modding the thermostat housing, fitting the AEM water temp sensor:
Bunged!
Looked a little like this shortly after:

I'm not happy with either the tensioner or the idler if i'm honest dan - was trying to get hold of a set of WRC items but no joy. They'll hopefully let me put some running in mileage on the car whilst i find an alternative though. Please can you PM me details of the place who are doing yours?

Oh, hark at the ginger welsh tail toucher
Bit more done this evening:
Focus RS Water Pump, CFM Underdrive Pulley:
Alternator Bracket:
Alternator:
Air Con Pump:
Hit a bit of a drama with the power steering pump, the mounting bracket is different to accomodate for the larger housing of the FRS water pump - need to get me one!

Looking fantastic
You thought about www.cdfracing.co.uk for making you a tensioner and idler? He is a trader on here.

Seems to already do them in the RS Focus kit.
