liking the new wheels bud, where did u have them coated? (assuming they are powder coated that is...)

luv the project, even more so cos its brown!! it makes a nice change

fair play for giving it all a go yourself, gotta admire that

if u fancy som cheap sideskirts for it, iv got a mint pair of mk5 rs2000 skirts in blue sitting in the garden from a previous unfinished project, they for a 3dr so would need cutting and a bit of length adding, but £20 and they yours to have a mess with. im in birmingham too, so nice n local for ya

good luck with the rest of it kidda

Havent done anythink to this in a while. was going to sell it but doubt anyone would want it looking like it is.

Decided to carry on with engine bay. Removed the sub frame, gonna clean and protect it all and then clean up the subframe etc.

Anyone know engine would be a straight swap for the HCS?

That will look great after a polish, maybe some later xr/rs spec lights as well.

What did you use to clean up the bottom of the mk6 you had? need to do the underneath of mine, just a case of jacking the back up and elbow grease?
