Yes mate spent quiet a bit of time on the car since i bought it. It's finally starting to look perfect, the engine is next.

Finally got some decent pictures and now i can confirm the wheel sizes.
I have slight scrubbing on the rear arches when the car is on load and i've discovered why
The fronts are 8.5 x 17" and the rears are 9.5 x 17"
i was told they were 7.5" front and 8" rear, never mind wider the better

Right the festive period is over and the work starts on tidying the engine bay up.
This is where i'm at so far:
The spec is also changing now, i have opted for a:
T38 (not TT)
Grey 403's
L8 ECU
New MSD chip
RS500 airbox
Bailey breather system
And once my credit card is payed i'll be ordering the wasted spark set-up from MSD
Inside the bay i will be adding my recon'd Blue rocker, grp A strut, complete silicon hose set, new new headlights, new washer tank and more heatshielding around the alternator.
The inlet, strut brace, strut tops, and other little brackets etc will be powdercoated silver.
One thing that i think is needed is a brand new engine loom as this on is looking very old and brittle. I have spoken to Ryan about one of his looms so i think that will be purchased after the WS.

No other words other than Awsome, I nearly snapped my neck when i saw a black 3 door at Kinsgtown few weeks back, must have been this

Once i have the car running with all the new stuff and a decent set of stoppers i plan on putting in for a mag feature so that would be an ideal place to get pictures
I wonder if they would let us on the runway

Won't mean much cos I've never met ya but definitely one of the best 3 drs I've seen. The comp wheels are spot on really make it stand out
Especially when you see the difference between the first pics and when the cxn's went on after all the work last year to mint it up. Such a big change. That S1 was mint as well.
Anyway all the best with it-hope to see it at a show this year up close
