I so want that engine for my focus project

Lovely fab work on the bulk head

Are you using an adjustable rake bearing for the steering?

Wink Wink! Nice choice of engine there chap
Great looking project, I did try it for size in the 206`s engine bay and thought this could fit! But it was already destined for the TVR

Its running the 2.2 charger with a choice of pulleys from 14-20 psi at 20psi its been dyno`d at 650bhp. I`m using the Tremec TKO600 as it fits into the chassis, will handle 600lbs ft or so they say and multiple position for the gear change, The T56 box i think your using is a big bugger and wouldn`t fit without altering the tunnel. I`ve just got the ecu back this weekend from having the PATS removed so hopefully a start should be on the cards today

Nice work

Are you extending the colum back to make up for moving the seat back?

Gonna be a nice tight fit down the side of the clutch pedal with that beefy gearbox there ay?

yes have repositioned column but still have adjustable column so got a bit more adjustment if reqd
and moved pedal box back,
the pedals are not that cramped with work boots on still loads of room so all should be good

small update
pedal box mounted but tunnel was wrong shape and made foot position uncomfortable so reshaped

column in place so can make up mounts

i will use rose joint for lower steering column mount so need to make mounting point so cut and folded sections ready for welding

clamped together

getting a few bits together
1300 bhp + fuel pump and filter

escort mirror image expansion tank made for me by pro alloy they are also making me another tank for other side for charge cooling system so will have one each side

tilton 3 in 1 unit to feed master cylinders

just a few of the hose ends needed for all fluids

a few stainless exhaust components so i can finish exhaust system

offered pro alloy fuel tank tray in position so can work out mounting for it
