yeh ive thought of the petrol tank mate and im going to get one made up,im going to get it made to fit inbetween the rear chassis legs and between the rear panel and rear diff,it will probably be about 10 inches deep aswell so its not sitting below the line of the bottom of the rear bumper

i ment just the front like lockesRSparts,i think what you have do with the rear is a good way so i might be doing that.i havent got much money at the momant, being self employed & ant much work about so could'nt afford the jig yet. i really wanted to go ford fair but my other sierra is of the road & just got back from holiday.

yeh keeping it looking exactly how it is mate, ive fiesta st wheels on the back at the moment and they sit literally just in from the outer edge of the rear arches, but when the suspension goes up the wheels will nearly clear the lip so i think i can get away with trimming about 5mm of the lips of the arches and the tyres should just clear,i will find out where the front wheels sit tomorrow as im staying in the garage till the front chassis legs are in place ,so i can bolt the front crossmember and suspension in place then and see if the wheels clear
