bit of progress at last, have front brake lines completed and blead up . starteed to re assemble the engine today after its little overhaul clarke done for me just to check it over but is all good just a shit burtons oil pump 
, all cleaned and back together now with billet flywheel, 6 paddle clutch ready to bolt up to st170 box 
shall carry on 2mo and hopefully get it in the car

went out today and fitted the engine, now rather pissed of as need new downpipe and manifold modding to make room for the turbo s fails on the mount and downpipe hits bracket for gear cables

think im going to chop the manifold and point the turbo different so can use a t3 downpipe with an extra bend aswell as have room for a filter and get the heat away from the inlet, starter and fuel lines

not such a bad idea, i think ive came up with a way to sort it fairly easily just pay someone to do manifold with perfect welds then ill prob alter exhaust myself lol

gave up with the cage for now as the front section is obv from a different brand cage as the bottom of the a pillar part of cage would be outside car if bolted up at b pillar so needs bit of chopping about etc lol, may see if clark has me old downpipe as that would get me on road alot sooner really and then could start to enjoy the bloody car lol

Keep meaning to give you a call paul to see how things are going. Workshop nearly up n running so should be able to take your Fez n get it painted real soon and will give you some extra space in your garage. Spoke to my mate about your fez and the stupid fool bought a mess of a saxo instead!!!!!! No helping some eh anyway hope your hand on the mend and will drop you a line in the very near future

anyway hope your hand on the mend and will drop you a line in the very near future as swarf bit have pitted and couldnt mop them out . havnt touched it for a while tbh as need money to paint so just left it there, kept getting half tempted to sell but know as soon as i get it sprayed and panels back on id want to keep it lol. give us a bell when you're free if about, plasters off now and back to work fri so may carck on escort 2mo or fri and push on getting it finished as would love it at central day with a nice amount of boost

like i said before dude can get it in n done and sort it out at a later date as will give me summt to do along with my van and looks like i got a full respray on a mk3 cabbie to do too!!!! before you know it can just do my own stuff full time without worrying bout a day job . will drop you a line soon dude so hang on in there and i will get it sorted for you so you can at least enjoy a motor on the road

yer man and gonna stick the fiesta turbo engine out of the combi van in it with the bieges and t3 and 195 chip think gonna solid mount the engine thou and then cut it out for some extra light wieght action 
plus i got my slicks on it and may have a couple of other tricks up my sleves lol
