lil update . I decided it was time to get some seats back in the car and these were what i went with for the time being, with 3 point harnesses .
i had some fiat subframes laying around from my last pair of these seats as they wern't needed
and me hating fiats i decided to make them FORD , this is them chopped welded and sprayed
then i had these 3 point harnesses laying about purchased a member of pf along time ago
then put my chopped up aero wipers on, need a bit of filler but want them on the car for now though

cheers dave, i just kept them exact same as they were with standard ones, mine have never gone all the way down like that, thats the lowest they've ever gone, if i change them on the spline they go either off the screen at the side or off at the bottom, think the mech is buggered poss?
