helped paul with his car to day and took a few pics wile i was there
started buy jacking the car up
then paul realised the wheel was in the way
fitted the gear box
my mate cut the out let off a standard zetec water pump and welded the out let of a cvh one on
then paul had a go at welding his mount
and then the engine went in
well there you go lol

i no longer have the email with the address on mate, im sure jay will pm you it when he reads this.
il put some more update pics on later, put carbon bumpers on to see what they look like (although not finished) and clarke came round and helped me drop the engine in

had a engine mount from rs centre, welded it up to pick up 3rd bolt hole on a zetec but fouls oil filter (old one never) so had to scrao this one as wouldnt physically work. I then tried using a mk4 bracket with a mk3 mount, welded that up/modded and fitted but fouls body work of a mk3 so i need an engine mount

beat me to it with the pics lol. Clarke you insulted my welding but when i beat fuck out of it with a club hammer what bent 1st? my weld or the metal? must have been a strong weld i think

yea ill give you that but if i got into a car with a rool cage welded in like that....... i wopuld get back out mate it aint hard to fuse 2 bits of metal togever buy dabing an ark welder across it

heres the engine mount i welded, clarke wern't impressed, (although i smashed fuck out of it with club hammer and stayed put 
)
the new 32mm outlet to water pump from a focus thermostat housing
car jacked up ready for engine to go under, out bumpers on too although not finished i wanted an idea on how they'd look
engine in just before the rain started to drip (clarke skiving with hands in pockets) -thanks btw mate

depends what kind os spec you want to go tbh mate? heads flow limits are around 300bhp before porting is needed i believe.
, that was with manifolds too though i think
- pistons and rods which route you go? (steel for over 270bhp in my opinion)
- engine i can get a 2.0 for you £80
- valve springs about £120
- oil pump etc
- oil returns etc £2 each
- boring out £80

series one wot take up much room in a far size worksop anyways, woul it... could prob squeeze another on in mine @ a push...
