I believe they go straight in with no tunnel mods, just have to make a custom gearbox mount, but only where it fits to the gearbox.

Hopefully won't break it mate, if they can take the power like Rod's running i should see no problem with it on my car.......time will tell, lol
Need to get the car running before i think about Santa Pod again but i will be running it as i really want to get a low 11 maybe even high 10s run out of the car.

Best terminal with only 3 runs really was 120mph at 1.7bar boost so at 2.2bar once its mapped and with 100bhp of gas i think it should be around 135mph+ ???

Cheers mate and thank you for the info on CYC forum
Little more done over the weekend, although looks like 10mins work was actually about 4hrs
Chiseled out the original seam sealer in the engine bay as it had cracked and looked messy, after a quick clean i resealed it
Cleaned and fitted the floor bungs
Started to clean the rear arch up
Got bored after a hr and a half so moved to the front
That is pretty much spotless bar the original rubber sealer....I have bought the 3m bag sealer to do the whole floor but i want to know if you are supposed to clean it to bare metal before doing that or if it is ok to leave it as i have done????

Only the cock up with the hydraulic clutch positioning that i showed you before......
Need to get the hole drilled in the correct place first and then weld up the wrong one as it will be a mission to cut the hole through the welding if done before, need to sort a rose joint out and sort the clutch pedal out so i can mark the bulk head like you said you did with yours.

what you using to remove the original sealer Gav?
when i did mine i used a big angle grinder with twisted knot wire wheels - the sealer came off soooo easy!
id do it bare before recovering - like you say you want to do it right
Keep up the good work.
Mart.

Cheers Paul
Thanks mate, using the knotted wire wheel the same as you mate on the grinder, just seems to take a while.
Using a small at the minute as its all they had will try to get the next size up and see how that goes..

Is that an offer to help Gaz?? lol
Erm.....can't see it going this year, lol. Don't think my little caster wheels will servive the 80mile journey there
I don't mind doing the work as long as i can see some progress, nothing worse than spending a day on it to look at it and think nothing has really been done.

Few more hrs spent on it today..
Black area is just factory paint i believe so no point removing
2 arches and 1 grinder down
Could also do with a smaller atachment to get into the smaller area's so will have to pop to Marchine Mart and see what they have.
