cool,only thought e36 as u got 5 stud wheels there and e30 is 4 stud,and theres a reference to martin so i assumed (sorry!) looks like an ace project,really want to see this happen!

Question though, Why go with such a wide wheel only to put skinny tires on them??

skinny tyres? 225 fill the 8.5" wheel niceley, and the fact that they came with them on already, having been fitted on an M3 proves they are a good combination

I dunno, I think with an 8.5 wheel surely it should at least have a 245 width. I mean, I had 225's in the front of my 3dr. IMHO, put the 225 in the front and go wider in the rear and really fill that rim.

I think you will find if you check your tyres that the back pair are actually 235s!


The back pair are wider than the front pair.
