Do you have a date in mind for its completion?
What box are you putting onto that zetec?

ok put it this way, if YOU wanted what they had done to my car done to yours, it would have cost YOU 6.5 big ones.
as for me, it didnt cost me that at all, but they did have the car for 6 months lol

6500 for that. . no way lol
they would never get any business
(or another reason why out insurance companies charge so much,
they are being ripped off for repairs!) lol
nice splash of colour though

how much does a propper respray cost then?
about 3k for a decent job on the outside, they painted the inside too, and the roll cage, and the engine bay etc etc
which all had to be rubbed down and prepped etc - that alone took 2 weeks solid on it!
they also cut out the boot floor and welded in a plate, spent FUCKING HOURS rebuilding/fitting/blending in the body kit, flushing the boot lid, flushing the filler cap and de-locking the door......................
made a one off bumper and bad boy grill...
made and welded in the seat brackets
made and welded in the bias pedal box mounts etc
it all adds up in man hours!!
oh and then there is the 6L of paint at Ł100/L!
you cunt!

Yo Fudge!!!
I have resisted saying this because it wasn't until you had it painted that i realized what bumpers you were mixing but did you ever consider using a mk2 sierra (hatch) rear bumper with the trim at the top smoothened?
Oh and while's I'm putting my point of view across that you probably already loath, THEM BACK WHEELS LOOK SHITE!!!!! YOUR NEVER GONNA GET TRACTION WITH THOSE MAMMAS?????
I'll say it again thou, she is looking real smart now. I can't wait to get to your stage. Must feel good pal?

very nice wasnt sure on the colour at first when i saw it in the mag but looks better here.
will look even better once the car is bolted back up and its not just one big mass of blue.
that must be some mega good paint for Ł100 a litre either that or you just had your pants pulled down.
but hey you got the whole project done for a good price so they had to make there money back somwhere.

cheers guys.
when i get some spare time, and someone to hlep me lift the rear end in the car and take it over tot he lock up i will crack on with it.
gonna get it on 4 stands, remove all the running gear and re underseal any parts that need doing and then paint the whole underside
after that, fit the cossy rear beam/diff arms etc, and hopefully have the engine all timed up soon so that can go in along with the gearbox etc, then off for the exhaust
