I'm not as clued up as i'd like with zetec's but have you aimed to increase the bore size with smaller crowned pistons or are they meant to be that size?
What to spec then???

You know...seing the block and head together like that with the flash going off the way it did...it would look pretty damn tidy with the head in white enamel! 
What colour's the car going to be? If white, that would look bloody clean! A ceramic coated exhaust to go with it!

hello mate, the pistons are 0.5mm oversize, so its more like a 2.05 litre lol
they are low comp tho, should be 7.8:1 as thats what i asked for, but the pistons do sit 2.5mm lower than the deck height at TDC, whereas std pistons sit 0.5mm above the block height at TDC

Give dave at urban racing a ring mate, he sorted me the wheels out. i dont have their number off hand tho

its going to primary designs for a manifold and system when i get it back, so hopefully they ceramic coat the manifold too

lil update, i got a call at 2.30 today asking me to pop down to the bodyshop to sort out the fitment of the bias pedal box, i said i can pop down next tursday as i will be out the office till then...
they guy says err, i mean NOW!
so off i trot down there lol
darren has spent the last 2 days working on it and it looks shit hot!
he has rebuilt the arches now to look like they should lol, and he has pretty much finished blending it all in.
he has also fitted the mounts for the drivers seat, and still to do the passenger side.
and then we get onto the pedal box
what a complete CUNT it is to that fucker to fit
still, i think we have come up with a solution, so fingers crossed all will be good.
and the reason why i had to go down today?
because monday/tuesday the whole car will be in primer!!
ooooooooooooh yes!
i did take some piccys, but didnt get back to the office till 7pm so not done owt with them yet.
so you will have to wait till thurs/friday - where hopefully ill have some of it in primer too!
i cant wait, it scoming on now!

actually vickers you queer! im not getting the 500 spoiler painted.
i have got another spoiler for it now, not gonna give too much away but its about as tall as the roof!
anyway, more bodyshop pics.
it should hopefully be in primer now
seat subframe mounts
half of the pedal box bracket (was a RIGHT CUNT trying to it right!)
obv nees welding in but Darren was just measuring up
rear glass removed and all bits ground off for poly carb windows
plates welded over un needed holes
bodykit all blended in
small dent filled lol
and photobucket is being gay and wont upload the others...
