Here's the spec

ZETEC TURBO ENGINE

THE ENGINE HAS BEEN BORED FROM A 2.0 TO A 2.1 LITRE CAPACITY (REBORE WAS DONE BY IAN HOWALL)
ARP BOLTS THROUGHOUT
WRC STEEL RODS
ARIAS PISTONS
IAN HOWALL SPECIAL CAMS
DOUBLE VALVE SPRINGS
STEEL MULTI LAYER HEAD GASKET
STAGE 2 BRAND NEW T34 TURBO WITH MODIFIED EXHAUST HOUSING
BILLET FUEL RAIL WITH WEBBER INJECTORS
RS1800 INLET MANIFOLD AND THROTTLE BODY
3 BAR MAP SENSOR
COSSIE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR

I have painted the block blue now and am in the middle of getting bits chromed and powder coated

That pauls big power zetec turbo was bout 460bhp i think, but i read in fast ford last month that hes finished with it and is now building a puma!!

My old setup in it's latest form of tune, achieved 186mph on stack and gps on a very long private road and 178.8mph at bruntingthorpe running 1.6bar of its 2.3 bar mapped boost.
