At TOTB i noticed that Paul Johnson has changed the Turbo, intercooler and for some reason the head, i don't know what head it was but i was looking at a old pic of his engine and one i took at TOTB and i noticed i was different?... Why and what is it?

bin there ages, as im banned now it dnt matter how long he has it!!!

.people ain't never gonna expect a WRC engine'd orion. also, i prefer orions over 'scorts (personal choice thing, so don't flame me 
)Besides all the strengthening, the car's gonna use a 90 spec front bumper with s2 turbo bonnet, arches and skirts with an orion rs rear bib. it's also gonna run escos 16inch rims. got all the parts already, but working on finishing the engine before i look at the car. i've still gotta figure out what gearbox to use, looks like it's gonna be an MTX75 cos of the starter motor location.
rich_frst , no more pics as of yet i'm afraid, that was just a mock-up build, it's back in pieces now while i continue to source other bits and pieces.
further back in the thread are pictures of my car with it's original N/A Zetec 2.0 in it.
