It might be true from what i have read else where its a tubed reer end with some huge slicks and auto so it is possible, maybe?
yanks realy know how to make proper big power machines out of them not having skylines (with out paying silly amount of money) and only getting evo's recently its been the car of choice for the import tuners over there.

this supra is one of the fastest street driven in the US!!!
can run low 8s on slicks...

Presenting Marko Djuric's "White Supra", the worlds current record holder for most horsepower out of a gasoline fed 2JZ motor. Also currently the worlds fastest street driven Toyota Supra, with its best overall 1/4 mile time to date a 8.45@162 on 38psi of boost. (street boost). The car made 1520 rhwp @ 59psi of boost on a Mustang chassis dyno, securing it the highest HP title. All factory options remain except air conditioning remain, which was removed to make room for the large front mount intercooler.
AC can be reinstalled to custom fit at customers request. It has 69,000 original miles. The car is sold turn key with 2 sets of wheels, 2 nitrous bottles and guaranteed low 8 second/high 7 second power. The engine is a completely brand new STC Stage 5 longblock. This is quite possible the only 2JZ engine program developed that can handle such high hp levels without any stress issues on the street and strip.
There is also a 1 year unlimited mile warranty on the powertrain.
I have over $150,000 invested in this car. I expect to not recovery all of these spent funds, but they went a long way into learning and researching the technology that goes into building this cars and the experience has allowed us to develop a "perfect" setup, that we are confident enough to offer warranty on.
