just curious, as its quite an unusual RST, with that paint job etc...

did he buy it to break it and put bits in another RST or a MK 6 or something

I can't remember an exact spec, but I know the engine had a pretty big spec. I know it was running a fair bit over 200BHP

as for the paintjob, the kinda chequered flag look ws never to my taste, lol, and none of the pics I saw of that car were very clear, but the body looked a little rough, so I don't know why he bought it or how much. I know he did drive it cos he commented on it being a bit of an animal compared to other RST'd cars he'd had. As for the engine. He may well have kept the engine for another car as he has owned a couple of RST transplanted Orions/Escorts, but this engine I think was a bit special compared to the others

yeah, the paintjob is a bit different I guess. Have you seen it about then? Or you didnt own one with the same paintjob did you, lol?

the engine out of it has gone his mk6 mike, well Giles is on with it...i thought u woulda known that
