Well basically it stems from last year being a video called Road Bike party which was to show a new dimension into Road cycling by doing stunts on what would appear to be a fragile bike.

Road bikes just look so fragile!!!!

The new video Road Bike Party 2 was to show that a road bike can even do the biggest of tricks too.

Martyn is a Legend, its such a shame about his accident, big Kudos to Danny and Chris for finishing it off

The very sad side to the story however is that Martyn Ashton was injured during a fall doing a demo in the summer. He is now disabled from this accident.

At this point in time he had only filmed about half of the film, so the guest appearances in the film are close friends helping their friend finish his dream!

One other wish was to also hit 1 million views within 24hrs on Youtube, which has just been hit!!!

Yes, unfortunately so.

Martyn was a hero of mine when I used to compete in trials and more so from being able to speak with him during the creation of the video. ( through work )

Fantastic bit of film.

The twisty wet downhill section that Danny is on is only a few miles from me at Dalemain near Penrith, its actually named after Dalemain where the ford show is held. Awesome bit of road that's like that all the way up!

That is a very impressive video.martyn was very good at what he done.i remember back in the day when he use to ride for cannondale.

Do you know how many bikes where used in the filming of that luca? Was it just the one?

Gutted to hear the news about Martyn, I met him a few times in the late 90's. He was always good to talk to and massively chilled out. I enjoyed the fact he was on the guys who was still around like Steve Pete.

shit news about ashton, remember him & hawes in MBUK back in the day when ashton rode a cannondale beast of the east & hawes had a giant. I had a shit marin hawk hill and hurt myself a lot trying to do front hops & drop off stuff
