Default New car- Audi A4 S-Line Avant TDi 170 Limited "Black" Edition

Got myself this a few weeks ago to replace the 5 Series....Being a BMW man really i thought i would give the Audi's a try, And tbh they are VERY nice....Drive superbly

Looked for a while as i deffo wanted the Avant as not keen on the Saloons. Wasnt keen on the chrome trims on all the Avants so narrowed my search to the Special Edition "Black" models which came with black grills, window surrounds, roof rails, wheels, 2-tone black leather and alcantara steerring wheel, gear knob and handbreak ect ect.....Its the 170bhp TDi

Picked this little beaut up, All ready had the window tints done, replaced all the interiour lighting for LED White lights and the number plate............. The only thing i will do is sort the height out as imho they sit too high on the front, looks a bit odd. So it will get a slight drop to level it out.

Gave it the usual full detail, fully clayed, machine polished, waxed and coated.....(forgot to add the tyre gel for the pics!!!!)

Excuse the picture quality, there off the Iphone....

Very lovely motor mate but I can't help but think was it worth selling the BMW for this? I know this is an estate so unless you wanted one then fair dos but essentially you've got the same type of car again

Should be a motoring journalist the amount of cars you've owned

Same type of car????????????....................There totally different!!!!!!!!

The equivalent Audi to a 5 Series is the A6.

Always liked Audi Estates, and the 530 was wasted what i was using it for tbh..... They are Motorway crusiers and i was mainly using it around town.

Dont get me wrong, This hasnt all the toys of the E60, but they are VERY well spec'd cars but it suits me alot better tbh

Pete....I know what your saying mate, but it was wasted on me tbh...I did look at 330d M-Sports but the spec i wanted was like finding hens teeth.....And they are all mega high miles.

The wheels are part of the "Black Edition" styling..........I may get a set of 19" RS4 rims in Anthercite

Owe, ignore Glenn, he just really hates black wheels, kept my van wheels black just to piss him off and iirc he don't like my anthracite wheel colour on my Maxi, do ya Glenn?

The 140bhp versions are the ones that suffer with the oil pump issues...

Nice car but wheels look terrible in black IMO.

get them silver and it would make the car look fresher and cleaner. far less chavvy...

They look just the same as the RS4 wheels, no difference really, unless you want 19's in particular!

Lovely car, anthracite ftw though. Not a fan of black wheels on anything tbh, the tyres should always be darker than the wheel.
