Thanks for the comments guys.
Thanks mate, you sure have a good memory to remember the M3. Yes i do still have it and have now built the motor to be able to handle some boost that would make a YB proud. I'm hoping to have the M3 run a 10.xx second 1/4 mile in full street trim like my old Saff had run its best of 11.36@125mph in full street trim. It sure feels ALOT quicker than my Saff was. Here is a video in 3rd gear on the roll from 50mph-100mph (80-160kph) at only 20psi boost.......

Current M3 engine bay pic....
All that said, i still can't get away from the Cossies, i tuned a rear drive Saff a few weeks ago running an Autronic SM4 and i also built the engine for the owner. We had filled the boot up with approx 200kg's of bricks to help traction so decided to not strap it down! What a mistake as this is what happened.....

He too will be giving his Saff a blast down the 1/4 mile and I'm sure the owner will start a thread on here once he has a time as i believe he is a member of this forum.

I remember you as I always thought it was cool to see a really fast Saph from Aus. The M3 looks to be going very well now too - it certainly isn't hanging around in that video.
Looks like you had a lucky escape in that latest Saph. Do you work as a tuner then?
Cheers

Yes mate, i have been tuning Autronic ecu's here for almost 20 years now. In fact years ago (probably close to 10 years ago now) when Mark Shead of MA Developments came out to Aus to investigate being an Autronic agent in the UK he stayed with me for the week that he was here.

Jan 2000 so its a bit more than 10 years ago had a great time then would like to come over again some time but having a 3 year old makes a 24hour flight a bit of a pain.

Geez! How quickly time goes by.......it's been 11 years already! I'd think a 24 hour flight would be a pain alone, let alone with a with 3 year old......
