the xr2 has cost me a fortune, it was restored by moorland classic cars and the total bill can to Ł5500, the shell only had new front wings and front panel due to just starting to rust under the headlights. i thought if i'm going to repair it i might aswell do it properly.
i do keep thinking about selling the xr2 but i'd need at least Ł2500 to justify all the money i spent on it!!
cheers for all the kind comments matthew

Fantastic looking collection of cars there, mate
I'm obviously loving the XR2 (as I've got one), what's the mileage on that, if you don't mind me asking
XR4i also looks super cool, especially on those wheels!
Last question - what's that framed structure in the garage, that I assume the Cosworth lives under?
Cheers

the frame is a car bubble made by classic additions, it has 3 fans at the back and cost Ł330.
the xr2 has 68,000 miles and hasn't been used for about 2 years. I'm only the second owner and it still has original features like the floor mats.
cheers for all the comments

Hows it going Danny, Matt told me you'd bought a saff with a knackered bottom end, you'll have to pm me your address as i'm not too sure where you live.
What other work does it need bar the engine?
Not sure what to do with the xr2, it doesn't cost me anything for it just to sit there, and i know i'd struggle to find another in that condition!!
