zvh ka and track ka (picture heavy)
been aaaages since i posted any pics of this, this is my every day car, its changed a fair bit in the l;ast year though, so some new pics....
its an 1800 zvh
accrylite pistons
arp main and rod bolts
heavy duty bearings
stage 2 head
cvh34 cam and kent vernier
anti pump lifters
internaly smoothed inlet
beige's
group A headgasket
standard t3 with 360 bearing
-31 actuator
cosworth pace charge cooler
13 row mocal oil cooler with remote filter
powertec filter
frst scorpion exhaust with centre exit
magnecore leads
L shaped twin core alloy rad
silicone hoses for everything
bailey oil breather
IB5 box with modified bell housing and s2 rst LSD
ap 4 paddle clutch
sport ka shafts
burton power rocker cover
omex rev limiter
msd evo chip on frst OFAC managment
300mm st170 front brakes
ebc disks
mintex pads
racing puma rear disk conversion
braided hoses all round
gaz coilovers
front lower strut brace
polybushed all round
sport ka roll bar
later style rear beam
was dyno'd at powerstation a month ago but only made 197bhp and 198lb/ft of torque and only holding 8psi of boost as the actuator is knackered, and with a standard cam, at 3000rpm it made 150lb/ft and 110bhp, but then dropped the power off a lot before it picked back up slightly, on removal of the actuator its completley shagged, no tension on it what so ever. has since had a cvh34 cam in it and im after a new actuator now to stick it back upto 15psi to go for around 230ish with slight more torque. still enough to wind up most vxr or wrc scooby drivers all day long.
and heres the red 1, there was a topic on this ages ago but cant find it again now, far from complete but still, you get the idea....
used to look like this when it was on the road before but when my gf at the time fell pregnant it wasnt practical, so i took it off the road

havent decided engine wise yet, it will be either a cvh or zvh, mainly as i'v already got a nice stage 3 spec cvh head, and will most likley be on cossie managment.
front end is all rose jointed, rear is polybushed, wilwood bias pedal box with braided lines throughout, ap 4 pots up front, 2wd saff cossie rears, koni coilovers all round, etc etc, what you can see in the pics basically.
cage is next to be sorted, thats being welded in febuary, gives me time to get it back rolling again, then when the cage is done it can start being put back together.

if you mean blakeys old 1 with cossie wheels on it, the 1 that was on the fast ford stand at ford fair this year, it no longer exists, its been broken for parts, and the same goes for the blue turbo'd 1 from performance ford mag a few years ago, that was written off.
cheers people.
its not too much hassle putting a cvh or zvh in 1, space is the main issue though, then after that the only problem is trying to get the power down if you want big power.

richie the front shocks arent the same as a fiesta, they are slightly different, they could probably be made to fit with some 1 off strut tops though.
how much will you be after for them if you sell them? drop me a pm if you can, i'll have em off ya.

i havent seen the propper mag feature yet, luke sent me a couple of pics yesterday though.
i wouldnt hold too much hope of that red thing going anywhere soon, its been sitting there for nearly 2 years now. i'v got most of the bits to be fair, but theres no point putting anything inside yet untill the cage is in. cage is being done in february hopefully which gives me a couple of months to put the back brakes on it and get some rubber for the comps.
im too busy playing with the silver 1 though, picking sum new seats up for it in a month and i'v started building a new box for it with shorter ratio's. and my nans bought me a thicker front roll bar for my birthday lol.
