Even without the filter if you used a slightly faster shutter speed this would help a bit.
On your flickr photostream, click on the image you want to post up here, then click on 'all sizes' just above the image, select medium/large dependiong on what you want, then scroll down and copy the URL from further down the page, copy and paste it into the thread remembering to put after it.

muska, really loving that top photo! stunning! when did u take that?
yeah, ive been meaning to PM u to say thanks. i'll post some up when i get on my other computer with the pics on (on lappy at mo!)
It just amazes me how good a pic u can get when u have a good camera! things like getting a full car in shot even tho ur standing right near it! when my mate could only get 70% of it in with his point and shoot!
Dunc

Muska Nice shots Matt... where you been hiding lately?
olic1 How clean is that Ka!!
Dunc Anytime mate. Glad to hear you're properly getting to grips with your camera... wait til you try something like a 10-20mm lens on your D60 its the same sort of improvement from your 18-55mm lens as you noticed when comparing your mates point n shoot camera to your DSLR
This image isnt mine, i borrowed it from one of my contacts on flickr, he's a local bloke with loads of quality photos... i love this shot, its so simple but looks fab!
Have a look through his photostream (link below)... i defy anyone not to be impressed by it

Cheers lads, all those shots were taken in Las Vegas. I was there from boxing day till 5th Jan. Had a great time and got engaged to the doris while there (thats where i'#ve been hiding, earing more money to pay for the ring!) I've had some nice ideas for engagement pictures that i'll be setting up myself that i'm sure will make their way onto here soon
By the way, some great shots on the last few pages, seems more people are taking an interest.

Its an infrared filter that screws on and only allows infrared light through it. Its a swine to calculate exposure and you cant actually see through it (our eyes arent that good at seeing infrared), when you point it to the sun you see a red circle and thats about it! You have to compose and focus before putting it on. One of the shots for the above pan was this :
gonna take some getting used to but it comes in handy as at the time of day I took this (midday, sun low in sky) the lighting was horrible and you wouldnt of bothered getting the camera out but thats when infrared comes alive. Will be better in summer as the trees come out all white and glowing. Cant wait to give it another whirl.
