Default 24v XR4i

I hope a few pics of my Dirty 4i apear for you to look at. Just got myself a digi cam at last

I have owned the car since March 2001. The car already had the body mods and wheels fitted when i purchased it.

I fitted the engine within a month i also changed the rear axle for a MK1 XR4x4 so it now has rear discs and a LSD, the front brakes are 2WD cossie discs with Granda cossie calipers also the suspension was uprated with Koni shocks and uprated springs.

The car is also fitted with a stainlees steel exhaust and Ram Air air filter, the EGR was removed. The header tank and washer bottle i had custom made by Bailey.

Must also thank my Bro for helping me do the front brakes and re-wireing the engine loom

The car has also been in 3 mags, one of which was a test day and the car done 140mph and the 1/4 in 14.71 sec.

Was your car in Performance Ford a few years ago ?

They are great fun, the 4x4 must take away a bit of power.

Yes, I think it was in passion ford in 1996 or so. I have that issue

the 4x4 does take away some power, but it's great fun though!

I have had it 5 years Paul

The engine is from my old 2dr Mk5 Cortina.

Not spent a thing on it Well apart from the brakes, suspension and LSD.
