no, i hid some in the garden when i was about 5 then dug them up 9 year ago at 16 & no rust, the paint went weird & bubbley & the metal bit holding the wheels on rusted badly! iv tryed to rust models but only way is to paint the rust on

lol! i remember digging my cars up clearly, there was a white & blue matchbox ford rs200(under the hedge), matchbox grey audi quattro, blue corgi mini(old 1/36 version) a transit van(in the front garden) a gold matchbox car(think it was a rolls royce) & a few others i cant mind but mostly buried under the hedge's, i went digging to see what i could find after i found a bit of a smashed toy car just after my grandpa was raking the flower area, i was disappointed about the condition some of the cars wer in(full of mud & the paint gone weird) i remember the audi quattro was only one that cleaned up a bit

Hi mate I'm making one on my practice escort I'm going to use plasticard to extend my roof and if you want a S1 body kit you will have to cut one of a ford sierra because you cant buy them separately.

 

im having the worst luck EVER selling models on ebay, now im being told that mk1 modded model i sold that went to malta has arrived badly damaged, he said the screws were ripped out the bottom of the model !!!

Ask for photo proof, they shouldnt have a problem if they are telling the truth. May be just pulling a fast one to get their money back.

HELP can someone tell me what to use to cut the two parts out of an escort Mk3 grill Ive fucked up two now the first one i used my dremel and that destroyed it and the second one i used a knife and all the parts snapped like the top part and the middle part. what else can i use.

 

you not got a scalpel/craft knife?
you can buy sets of them in craft sections of places like wilko's etc for about Ł3, come with a variety of blades. handy to have

My model still hasn't arrived yet.Got some matt black & metallic silver paint to do the Rs 4 spokes i got from Steve,looking forward to getting them on the cars,just need to drill some holes to mount on the hubs.
Also i think Dave had a pic of some wheels on here earlier in the thread which are the 7 spoke Prodrive rims in gunmetal,are there any avalible Dave?
