Default Best car insurance

Hey guys.
Been looking on all these price comparison sites but can't seem to get a quote for my mk3 Escort.
Does anyone know what insurer to try & get a quote with?
I'm 19.

Thanks,
Tom

There is no best site or company, it depends on the person and postcode. What's cheap for another 19 year old might not be cheap for you. Just got to keep searching.

Tried confused.com?

Confused.com is utter wank! But yeah I've tried it.
I'll try need2insure.

Stay away from comparison websites, they're poo.

Need2insure is definitely a good bet, I struggled with Adrian Flux on my mk4 at 19, but might be worth a go.

It's a shame you have to be 21+ to get classic insurance, else I'd have some proper retro motors!

I tried LV they seemed pretty good, then again so did my mate but it was extortionate.

Shop around as much as possible but at 19 you're still a youngster and in the insurance mans eyes you're a high risk. Play them off against each other.

Good luck mate, saddly you may need it

Would never use Adrian flux again, nor recommend them to anyone. I'm sure there are plenty of folk out there who are happy with them but when you have a bad experience, you learn a lesson.
