Default Sky Insurance

Is it just me that can never get through to someone, or when they say they will phone you back then no one ever does.

Ive heard they are very good, but at this rate im getting p*ssed off by them. Dont want to start a new policy until ive atleast had a quote from them, but that is proving difficult.

Have to be honest, i've just insured with sky and couldn't have asked for better service.....dealt with one person and one person only who phoned me back when he said he would and negotiated a price i was happy with after a couple of calls too!
Compared to the usual muppets you have to talk to it was a breeze to speak to the same person instead of going over the same questions every time you call.

Mine went up too. Sky was not as cheap as they made out they would be as premium went up a week after taken out.

I wasn't exactly blown away with their service... Would not care if I had to change

just got my quote thru for the next year, from sky.. gone up over £100 for no apparent reason.
so not overly impressed by that.. they might loose my business if i can find it cheaper elsewhere!

dunno if i like the sound of all this 'cancellation notices' thing and premiums suddenly going up after you start either, is that even legal ? LOL

The premium would only rise if there was a change of details than was given at quotation stage, there could be a number of reasons for this.

Ive got nothing but praise sky

1 i like the name
2 i got all my cars insured with them
3 always get straight through and people are polite dont keep me on hold for a age
and always love to talk about cars

I tried sky and no they didnt call me back I had to keep caling and trying but unfortunatly they were over 200 more was a shame as alot of my mates have moved across from flux to sky but odviously just wasnt ment to be :-(

i,ve been with sky a good few years. got a renewal through the door 900 odd quid for my sierra cosworth am 32 8years nc!!!!. got a quote elswhere went back to them for new quote all of a sudden its dropped to 550 which was great but why not give me that price in 1st place??? but o well at end of the got a better deal
