Mate, if you had stubbed your toe at home, you would still be in the same situation.

Why just because it happened at work are you trying to get money? I know it was a box fell off, but unless it's happening all the time and work have chosen to ignore it, it's just an accident. Accidents happen I'm afraid, live with it....

the rollers should have sides on to prevent this happening has been said many times but nothing has ever been done about it so was an accident waiting to happen and it did.

These rollers are installed in probably 1000's of handling depots. Don't you think it might have been thought of if it was really necessary

Anyway, I'll finish by saying in that case, I agree with someone above about you not paying attention

But, I hope it gets better soon mate.

I am of the opinion that if someone is liable then claim, that way people and employers included might actually start to give a shit about other people, in respect to things they do that cause harm to others, the same reason we all have to pay car insurance, or should we say it's just an accident deal with it ?
And yes been there done that drink driver 19 months in hospital, 20+ breaks, coma for 3 months, disabled now and didn't get a penny, hit and run but I defo would not have said I will just deal with it as it is an accident.
