Unless you've got them miles apart, it's not going to be far out. Even then they would read less.

Where is the extra weight going to come from?

just for the record, i am supposed to be close to 160kg on the two scales as of today, but was 175 when i weighed on the gym scale a week or so ago. i dont think two scales would give the accuracy and i although i might have lost a few kilos in the last week as i am trying to cut down on the beer, i dont think i have lost 15kg ! btw i am not looking to get below 160kg.

I do weights in the afternoon(5ish)

For fat burning, cardio first thing on an empty stomach is the best method.

Spot on You are nicely carbo depleted forcing the body to utilise fat as fuel. A ergogen like Caffeine is also useful mate. So get up early before work, swallow a small strong black coffee and go for nice long jog

No, its is a stimulant though.

Paul, do you remember those old brown capsules of Ephedrine, Caffeine and Aspirin... I used to take those all the time. They worked well... but did nothing for my paranoia

EPH yes, actually I have seen an online supplement shop selling a version of it.

I actually started on eph, asprin and caffeine again a couple of days ago I'm getting tons of work done

Ephedrine by itself is a bit of an appetite supressent as well as a 'thermogenic agent' which essentially means it raises your metabolism. When combined with caffeine the thermogenic properties are raised. As Less says its also a stimulant. I'm not sure on the actual legalities of it. I don't think it is a banned substance, but it is not really approved for weight loss either. It actually used to be subscribed for people with asthma and sinus problems I believe, but there are now more effective treatments on the market.

It does raise your heart rate a little as well as your blood pressure but only by 5mmhg for example so car should be taken if you have any heart or BP issues. I read on the net yesterday about a bloke who drank 8 pints, smoked a huuuge joint and dropped 12 ephedrine tablets. He then drove his car into a tree and wondered why, blaming the ephedrine. Penis.

You only need to take a 25mg tablet at a time with either 100mg of caffeine (or two stong cups of coffee) and 200mg of asprin at one time. I take this twice a day, the second time at 3:30 just before training.

Your body can get used to it, so come off it for a week every 2 weeks.

Dave, any trusted source should be able to get hold if it very easily. I paid £25 for 100 25mg tablets.

Paul.

Ah sustanon, I haven't used gear since I was ill (10 years ago now). That is what I was on when I was diagnosed. Doc's said it had nothing to do with it, but I've never touched the stuff since. I really fancy doing a bit though

Fookin wish I could get some easily!

The lad I used to get mine off used to sell 500 for £30. think they were 50mg too!

Got time on my hands now, would be good to get some weight off and be a racing snake again
