to those who train what time of the day do you train and for how long? ive just started at 7am but im unsure about food that time of the morning because i aint hungry so train on empty good for fat burning i supose?
I do weights in the afternoon(5ish)
For fat burning, cardio first thing on an empty stomach is the best method.
thanks alot paul its mostly cardio i do at the mo, would an afternoon session be to much you think aswell as the morning maybe free weights?
