Default Tips when buying Coilovers?

Thinking of buying some Avo coilovers,
Are there any isues I need to consider when buying these for my 4x4 saff?
Ive seen them for sale on various sites and they come as a kit, does that mean the springs will be a suitable strength for road use?
IIRC they are chassis Dynamics springs with Avo shockers.

Also anyone with these fitted?
what are your views and what should I expect to pay?

I had AVO coilovers on my MK2 Golf a couple of years ago. They were easy to fit and I had no problems with them. Not sure of the setup with them to be honest, but I paid Ł500 for mine, my mate fitted them, we adjusted the height and I drove them for 2 years no problems.

Is there an ideal setting on these or is it just trial end error?

Iv'e had my coilovers on the front of my 3dr cos for a few months but find the car a bit unstable when you get bumps in the road, i mean at speed, if you were to hammer down a country lane & you hit a slight dip or rise you feel like your going to bounce off the road. I haven't played with settings at all yet, set them up at the same height as my old suspension (koni & standard ride height ) & quarter of a turn off of the minimum, suppose i need to try them at different settings. Its firmed it up for the track but worse on the road as its more nervous.

Simon.
