About a tenner polished. Had one years ago when I was into 'bling' bits and I paid something like that. Only a polished fuel filter, that's all it is.

looks like a stainless bracket & cover/sleeve, second hand its not worth loads, probably £10-£20 imo

Just get a new Ford one on there, and polish it your self if u want it shiney. Dont skimp as vitaly part of the motor

So long as it does it's job, who care's if it's shiny?
Mine came from ford. It's not very shiny, but it does a good job of keeping shite out of my injectors
