Put a claim in for a refund through Paypal, if contact with the seller hasn't been successful.

 

Or, for a Pound, chalk it down to experience?

I got the sender to put a claim in for a set of rear lights he sent to me, got proof of the cost of a new set and got the money. They also left me with the lights so I glued the broken bit back on, hey presto £90 amd a free set of lights
